The daughter of Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan has finally entered the film fraternity with her debut in 'Kedarnath'.

The daughter of Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan has finally entered the film fraternity with her debut in 'Kedarnath'. And while, the actress has proven the fact that she is one of the most bankable actors in the industry after giving two back to back hit performances, the 26-year-old has another wish for the future. 

In an interview to a leading media publication, the actress said that she has a degree in history and political science and so she would like to pursue politics much later in the future. She went on to say that she is not leaving acting, and if people give her the opportunity, she will be here for as long as she can.

The actress is a graduate from Columbia University and has always stressed on the fact that her parents have been quite vocal about the need for an education.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sara Ali Khan is riding high on the success of Rohit Shetty's 'Simmba', which did amazingly well at the box office and crossed Rs 200 crores in the domestic market. Next, she will be seen sharing screen space for the first time with 'Pyaar Ka Punchanama' actor Kartik Aaryan in Imitiaz Ali's 'Love Aaj Kal 2'. The film is sequel of a 2010 film, which interestingly starred Sara Ali Khan's father, Saif Ali Khan in a pivotal role. 

Meanwhile, the actress is currently enjoying a much-needed vacation to the 'city of dreams', New York and often posts pictures from there. Take a look-
