Devadasu
Ileana D’Cruz made her acting debut with this film. Devadasu is a classic love story where Bhanumati falls for a poor man, Devdas. Bhanumati’s father is a senator and also belongs to the high class. The film is directed by Y. V. S. Chowdary and was released in the year 2006. Here, Ileana was playing the role of Bhanumathi Katamraju. After this film, she went on to do another Telugu film.

Jalsa
This film revolves around a rebellious young man who is pardoned for his Naxalite activities and resumes his studies. He falls in love with Indu but cannot marry her because of family issues. He later moves on but unknowingly falls in love with Indu’s sister. The movie was directed by Trivikram Srinivas and was released in the year 2008. Here, Ileana plays the role of Bhagyamathi.

Devudu Chesina Manushulu
The name of the film literally translates to 'God made men.' In the film, gods get involved in struggles of the mortals, turning back time to rewrite small historical events to spread happiness among the mortals and immortals. The movie is directed by Puri Jagannadh and Vijayan. Here, Ileana was playing herself. The movie was released on August 15, 2012.

Amar Akbar Anthony
Amar, who has dissociative identity disorder, charges to seek revenge against people who murdered his family. While doing the same, he meets his childhood love, Aishwarya, who suffers from the same disorder. This is Ileana's latest Telugu film and she is now working on Hindi motion pictures.
