And as well all know, the Bollywood brigade has shifted from the original methods of gym workouts and shifted to Yoga and pilates. And so on this occasion, many of them have taken to social media to wish their fans and also urge them to live a better and fitter lifestyle. 

Twinkle Khanna 

Bollywood actress Twinkle Khanna penned an elaborate caption sharing that she started practicing Yoga around fifteen years and also clarified that she does not follow any guru but has learned it all from a book.

Malaika Arora, who is known around B-town for her yoga as her wellness and fitness regime, took to Instagram and requested netizens to make "yoga, fitness, mindfulness and wellness" a lifestyle and not just an hour's practice."India is the birthplace of yoga.
