The wedding ceremonies of Indian 'desi girl' and American vocalist Nick Jonas have finally kick-started. The international couple is all set to tie the knot on December 2, this year at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Ahead of moving to Jodhpur, the pair started the celebrations for their big day with a small puja ceremony, apparently for good luck for ceremonies ahead. The ceremony was organised at Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra's residence in Mumbai on Wednesday, November 28.

The couple was spotted arriving with Nick's brother Joe Jonas and his girlfriend Sophie Turner. All four of them looked splendid in traditional attires. While the Jonas brothers sported Kurta-Pajamas, bride-to-be and the GOT actress donned Salwar suit.

Following the ceremony, Nick and Priyanka came outside the residence to pose for the paparazzi. Nick looked ravishing in Pink kurta and white pyjamas and Priyanka complimented his look donning a light blue salwar suit.

The celeb couple will be leaving with their families to Jodhpur soon and apparently, the mehendi and sangeet ceremonies will take place in the Umaid Bhavan Palace. The wedding itself is touted to take place on December 2 and 3, one a traditional Indian style wedding and a Christian style wedding. What's more, unlike the Ranveer and Deepika's nuptials, there doesn't seem to be any strict no phone policies so there might be lots of great pictures.

Around 200 guests are expected to attend the grand wedding of global celebrities. Several A-listers from Hollywood are expected to attend the celebration. As per media reports, they will land at Udaipur airport from where they will take a chopper directly to the venue. Bollywood celebrities including Salman Khan and his family, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar and Siddharth Roy Kapur are expected to join the extravagant affair.
