Ishaan Khatter Shares A Throwback Picture With 'Dhadak' Costar Janhvi Kapoor

Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor are hands down two of the most popular and loved debutantes that entered Bollywood in 2018. Janhvi Kapoor made her big Bollywood debut in a Karan Johar production 'Dhadak', while Ishaan Khatter made his debut with Majid Majidi's 'Beyond The Cloud'.  'Dhadak' was directed by 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' fame Shashank Khaitan and was the Hindi adaptation of the superhit Marathi film Sairat (2016). The film received positive reviews from the critics, especially for the debutantes' performances. The audience too appreciated the duo and the film entered the 100 crore club.

Both Ishaan and Janhvi are good friends are often spotted in the city during lunches and dinners, and not just that, the two even work out together and share pictures and videos of each other on social media. Their off-screen camaraderie is just as fun as their on-screen chemistry. Janhvi and Ishaan have often spoken about their lifelong friendship and pull each other's legs just like normal friends.

Fans and viewers have continuously been wondering if they will get to see the duo together on screen once again, but no official announcement has been made for the same.

Recently, Ishaan shared a throwback picture with Janhvi Kapoor from a photo shoot. In this monochrome picture, Ishaan is seen lying on Janhvi’s lap while the latter rests her right hand on his chest and left on her cheeks and gives a capturing stare to the lens. Janhvi looks stunning as ever in a black slip dress and an oversized denim jacket. Ishaan too sported a denim jacket and looked stylish. 

Currently, Ishaan has been devoting all his time to the gym and has successfully managed to transform and get into a better and stronger physique. On the work front, Janhvi will be starring alongside Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor in Karan Johar's magnum opus 'Takht'. The multi starrer film is scheduled for a 2020 release.
