Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently inaugurated the National Museum of Indian Cinema at a grand event in Mumbai. The big occasion was attended by the who's who of B-town with prominent celebs such as Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, AR Rahman, Kangana Ranaut, Aanand L Rai and many others in attendance. After PM Modi's inspiring speech on the occasion, Aamir shared his opinion on the whole event.
The actor seemed truly happy with the PM's words as he started out by saying, "Well it was really wonderful to hear the honourable Prime Minister speak in such a positive way about the film industry. His expectations, his vision and his thoughts about the creative field and the people involved in this creative field. So it is really encouraging to hear that and I think he made a very inspiring speech and it was wonderful to listen to him. What he said made a lot of sense to me."
The Prime Minister had spoken at length about the film fraternity and their invaluable contribution towards building a new and better India. He even drew a couple of anecdotes from his visits abroad when chiefs of other nations showed how widespread Indian cinema is in their culture as well.
