It's a wrap for Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani's 'Kabir Singh', here's when the film will release

Actress Kiara Advani who will next be seen in "Kabir Singh" opposite Shahid Kapoor said that the makers of the film have completed shooting the romantic-drama film.

"The movie will be out on June 21. We have wrapped up shooting of the film, however a small portion of shoot is left. It was an amazing experience and I am looking forward to its release."Kiara, who featured in the song "baaki sab first class hai" in the movie "Kalank" along with Varun Dhawan, was appreciated for her chemistry with the actor.

"I hope we will do a film together in future and entertain the audience. People have loved our chemistry in the song and I think that's great," Kiara said while interacting with the media. 

The movie is jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series. The film which is an official remake of Telegu film 'Arjun Reddy' stars Kiara Advani opposite Shahid in the lead. As per media reports, the film narrates the story of an alcoholic surgeon named Kabir Singh, who has anger management issues. He goes on a self-destructive path after his ex-lover gets married to someone else. The film is written and directed by Sandeep Vanga and is jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series. It is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 21, 2019.

The actor took to Instagram to announce the making of the film on November 25, last year. Sharing a monochrome behind-the-scenes picture, the actor unveiled his first look from the film where he can be seen sporting a trimmed beard. He captioned the post saying, "On set. #kabirsingh"
