The movie is reportedly being produced by Karan Johar. While Janhvi's mentor is yet to make an official announcement on the movie, the actress was snapped in her look as a fighter pilot. From the hairstyle to the uniform, a lot of attention seems to be given to the detailing.

It’s also possible that it’s only a look test, and there could be changes in the eventual look. It’s not yet clear how the look got leaked on social media.

Reports of the movie have been doing the rounds for a long time, though we’ll wait for an official confirmation from the makers.

Gunjan Saxena is said to be the first combat aviator of the Indian Air Force and her role during the Kargil War in 1999 was crucial as she helped evacuate injured soldiers.

The actress’ performance in her debut movie 'Dhadak' had got mixed reviews, and with all the focus on her character in the movie, there’s no doubt that the role will give her enough material to prove her mettle.

It also looks like the actress’ first three movies might be with Karan’s banner as she has also signed the director’s ambitious ‘Takht’. The multistarrer is set to release in 2020, though it’s also possible that she might do another film in the meantime.
