John Abraham teases fans with 'Batla House' look

Bollywood star John Abraham, who is all set to don the cop's hat in 'Batla House', is teasing the audience with his first look from the flick. The 45-year-old took to social media to share the poster in which he can be seen wearing the police uniform, but his face is not visible.

After the success of his most recent release 'Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran', John Abraham announced his upcoming film 'Batla House'. The actor plays the role of India's most decorated/controversial cop as mentioned in the teaser poster that was posted by him on Friday, September 21. 

The actor took to Twitter and posted his look for his upcoming release 'Batla House'. The 'Force' actor tweeted saying, "Encounters: 70 Cases: 33 Convictions: 22 Gallantry Awards: 9 Accusations: 1 “When everything you’ve achieved could be wiped out in that one moment.” The story of India’s Most Decorated/Controversial Cop @itsBhushanKumar @nikkhiladvani @TSeries @EmmayEntertain @johnabrahament"

The 'Garam Masala' actor took to Twitter to post the first look and tweeted, "Every story has two points of view. One WRONG. The other RIGHT. But what if the lines are blurred? Very very blurred!" the 'Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran' star wrote alongside.

The film is based on the real-life incident of 'Batla House encounter', officially known as Operation Batla House. The incident took place on September 19, 2008, against the Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorists in Batla House locality in Jamia Nagar, Delhi. The movie will be helmed by Nikkhil Advani of 'Airlift' fame and written by Ritesh Shah of 'Pink' fame. Nikkhil had previously directed John in 'Salaam-E-Ishq'. 'Batla House' is touted to go on floors in November 2018.
