After hit tracks such as 'Ek Do Teen', 'Sanu Ek Pal Chain Naa Aave' and 'Dilbar' being recreated, one can say that 2018 is turning out to be a year of generating a remixed version of old songs. The latest addition to the list includes 'Ruk Ruk Ruk' from the film 'Vijaypath'. Back in the day, the song featured Ajay Devgn along with Tabu. The popular song has been remade by Raghav Sachar who has previously composed music for films such as 'Kabul Express', 'Bittoo Boss' and 'Guest in London'. The song will be revitalised by Kajol in her upcoming film 'Helicopter Eela'. In a recent picture posted by Tabu, Kajol and she can be seen striking a pose in front of the camera. The actress further captioned the picture as "Kajol recreates Ruk Ruk! Stop and watch. @kajol"

'Helicopter Eela' is based on an obsessive mother who continuously keeps tabs on her son's activities. When asked about if she resonates with Eela's character, the actress reportedly stated that most mothers are like Eela, and so all of them are Eela. However, the degree of obsession differs from one mother to another. The film is written by Mitesh Shah and is co-produced by Ajay Devgn and Jayantilal Gada of Pen India Ltd. Earlier, the film was slated to release on September 7 but now has been pushed to October 12, 2018. 'Helicopter Eela' also stars Neha Dhupia, Tota Roy Chowdhury and Riddhi Sen. it will also reunite Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo with Kajol. the two were last seen sharing screen space together in Karan Johar's directorial 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' back in 2001. Kajol was recently spotted as a guest on Neha Dhupia's third season of her chat show 'No Filter Neha'.
