You can call her blunt or honest, but one thing everyone agrees with is that Kangana Ranaut never shies away from expressing what’s on her mind. The actress accepts this habit of hers might have contributed to her friction with some film celebrities, who she says become friends or enemies within no time. The ‘Queen’ star says that nothing is permanent and that how it should be.
In an exclusive interview with Republic Bharat, Kangana was asked if she feels her strained relations with B-Town stars will ever be mended, “The people of this film industry change within no time. The most beautiful thing about the film industry is this. I also feel that my biggest USP is that, I always express what’s in my heart, but a minute after that, I also get happy that whatever I had to say, I said it, now one should move on in life. I have always spoken openly. The industry is such too, you might have seen how those who are enemies become friends and friends become enemies, things keep changing. I feel nothing is permanent, things change and that’s how it should be.”
Kangana’s so-called rifts with numerous celebrities is well-known, but she is currently in the news for her spat with Entertainment Journalists. A newly-formed body Entertainment Journalists Guild of India has called for a ban on the actress after her heated exchange with a journalist at a recent event for her next film ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’. The ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ star, however, has taken on the body by sending them a legal notice and even approached the Press Council of India to take action against them.
'Judgementall Hai Kya', meanwhile, also starring Rajkummar Rao, hits the theatres on July 26.
