Filmmaker Karan Johar, who never falls short of words while expressing his thoughts, was recently left speechless after he saw a tweet. In the said tweet, the Twitter user had posted a picture of himself and wrote: 'People says i do look like @karanjohar is it???'
Seems like that the Twitter user, who identifies himself as Usman Khan, was determined to convince Karan Johar that he was saying is the truth. He even attached screenshots of chats where people had mentioned that he resembled Karan Johar.
If that's not all, Usman also thinks he resembles Pakistani cricketers Umar Akmal and Kamran Akmal.
Most of the users commenting on the post were seen agreeing that the two indeed have some similarity in appearance.
On the work front, Karan Johar recently announced his next directorial, 'Takht'. The film will have Bhumi Pednekar, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Ali Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in the lead. Following the announcement of his magnum opus period drama, nepotism debate was once again revived. Netizens trolled Johar for promoting star-kids through his big-budget films, thereby giving a push to nepotism in the industry. Karan Johar has always been dragged in any and every nepotism debate that has happened, especially after Kangana Ranaut called him the flag bearer of nepotism on his chat show.
However, only this time the 'My name is Khan' director did not choose to ignore the trolls and gave them befitting replies.
The filmmaker also announced the sixth season of his chat show 'Koffee With Karan'. The show is also known for the infamous couch, sitting on which several celebrities have made controversial statements in the past. The show premieres on October 21.
