A while back Karan Johar took to the micro-blogging site and shared a small video of the map of Prayagraj. His caption read, "Sometimes, the greatest journey begins with one BIG step ;) Stay tuned to know more! #Prayagraj". Trade analyst Taran Adarsh too tweeted another video which again pointed at the city of Prayagraj, his tweet read, "A new journey is about to begin... The first step... More to follow... #Prayagraj". And not just him, but Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt and Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh hit out similar tweets.

While the tweet by Karan Johar is as cryptic as it gets, the Instagram story by Alia Bhatt left many fans intrigued and speculate that it may be about 'Brahmastra'.

Many netizens hit out tweets asking if it is about the Ranbir Kapoor starrer.

 'Brahmastra ' is directed by Ayan Mukerji and features Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. The project is backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and is scheduled to release on December 25, 2019.

Although not much about the plot of the film is known yet, makers have revealed it will be a romantic-fairytale in a supernatural format.
