Katrina Kaif To Co-Host 'Bigg Boss' With Salman Khan?

  • Speculations are rife that Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif will be co-hosting with Salman Khan in the twelfth season of 'Bigg Boss'.
  • Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan will be sharing screen space in Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Bharat' which will release in Eid 2019.

On September 4, 2018, Bollywood actor Salman Khan unveiled season 12 of the hit reality show 'Bigg Boss' in Goa. The current season of the show will feature 'Jodis' of which the most 'Vichitra Jodi' will reportedly come out a winner! The 'Sultan' actor also introduced the first two contestants of the show, comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh. Speculations are rife that along with Salman Khan, another Bollywood actress might co-host the show. Any guesses who? Well, it's none other than Katrina Kaif.

As per reports, the actor said that when Katrina asked him about the show, whether it's about Jodis or not, the actor said 'yes'. The 'New York' actress immediately said that she wants to host this show along with Salman Khan. When the 'Dabangg' actor reportedly asked her why she wants to host the show, she asked him to host it without the script while she would hose with a script. Salman is then said to have asked Katrina how much she is going to charge for the show, to which Katrina reportedly replied that they would divide the amount equally. However, later, Salman Khan said that Katrina was joking.

As per reports, Salman Khan said that in his view his "Vichitra Jodi" would be him and Sanjay Dutt. The duo has previously co-hosted the fifth season of 'Bigg Boss'. Meanwhile, Salman Khan was also said to be planning to co-host the show with Shah Rukh Khan. He claimed that Shah Rukh Khan was the first option for the makers of 'Bigg Boss season 12' but as SRK had injured his shoulder, the offer went to him.

Katrina Kaif, who made her Bollywood debut with 'Boom', shot to fame after appearing in 'Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005)' opposite Salman Khan. After a gap of almost six years, the duo made waves on the silver screen once again in Kabir Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger (2012)', and reprised their roles in its 2017 sequel. They will be seen next in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, now that Katrina has replaced the newly-engaged Priyanka Chopra.
