Since Karan Johar announced the season six of his popular chat show 'Koffee With Karan', fans have been anticipating and playing the guessing game with regards to who will be pairing up with whom on the infamous 'couch'. As soon as the shoot of the show kickstarted, Karan Johar also unveiled the guests, one by one. The pairings this season, seem to be very interesting and unique.
However seems that Bollywood actors Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar will grace the 'Koffee' couch together. Announcing the news to the Netizens, Karan Johar tweeted ''Ok guys!!! Going to shoot with the two wonderful actors @psbhumi and @RajkummarRao for #KoffeeWithKaran.... let me know if you guys have any exciting questions! Will ask them your top 3 questions! The first season started off with girl power, as two of the reigning actresses of Bollywood - Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt graced the 'couch'. The chat show is popularly known for Karan Johar's questions which often result in some of the most controversial statements by the celebrities.
Meanwhile, the other pairs that have been a part of the talk show include Janhvi Kapoor-Arjun Kapoor, Badshah-Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Dhawan-Katrina Kaif to name a few. Saif Ali Khan-Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal-Ayushmann Khurrana. Also, reports suggest that Aamir Khan will be the only guest to appear solo on the show.
'Koffee With Karan' is also the show which first gave rise to the infamous nepotism debate. In 2017, Kangana Ranaut, while on the show had termed Karan Johar as the flagbearer of nepotism. He opened the show by saying that he has developed "nepospasm". It means that he develops a pain in his neck when he hears the word nepotism.
