Since its release on October 16, 1998, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai has become a cult classic. It has influenced an entire generation with its dialogues, story, and fashion. Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Rani Mukerji, the magical on-screen trio, are widely considered to have redefined the way Indians looked at love. Directed by Karan Johar, the movie was a blockbuster at the box office and is still considered by its fans as one of the best films in the industry. Back when the movie was released, it was not only known for the story but was also the style it introduced to the Hindi film industry. Now that it has completed 21 years, here are some iconic scenes from the movie.

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai's most iconic scenes 

In this scene, we can see both Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol entering a room to be safe from rain. Both are drenched in water due to the rain. Shah Rukh bends down and asks Kajol for a dance. They both share a romantic time in this scene. This is one of the most iconic moments of the movie.  

In this scene, we can see Kajol breaking her tomboy character to look beautiful for Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan). She comes to college in a flashy pink and orange skirt. When she enters college, all the people around her make fun of her. Later, Rani Mukherjee and Shah Rukh Khan comfort Kajol.

This is one of the most iconic scenes of the movie. We can see Kajol telling Aman, played by Salman Khan, that they should leave the camp and go home. She does that to hide the fact that Kajol still loves Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan). This scene also has a child who does not speak for the entire movie say, "tussi na jao," which is still remembered by fans.

This scene started with Salman pulling Kajol's hand for marriage. But there is a twist in the scene where we can see Aman (Salman) confronting that for Anjali (Kajol) is still in love with Rahul (Shah Rukh). Aman lets Anjali go so that she can marry Rahul. This scene is filled with emotions and love and happiness.

In this scene, we can see Rahul define love after the professor asks the class love is. This question was asked when they are studying a romantic play written by William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet. This scene makes all the lead cast realise their love for each other, forming the love triangle the movie is made on. This scene is still remembered by fans as many consider it to have redefined the way a generation defined love.
