Makers of Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming venture ‘Stree’ released a new song, ‘Nazar Na Lag Jaaye’ on Wednesday which features her and Rajkumar Rao. The Bollywood diva took to social media on Thursday and announced the release. In an Instagram post, she wrote,  “Pehla pyaar bahut keemti hota hai, buri nazar se bachaake rakhna! #NazarNaLagJaaye out now: http://bit.ly/NazarNaLagJaaye_Stree @RajkummarRao #DineshVijan @amarkaushik @Aparshakti @nowitsabhi @iamashking @SachinJigarLive #VAYU @MaddockFilms #D2RFilms @krishdk @rajndk @JioCinema @TSeries”. The romantic song is voiced by playback singer Ash King & Sachin-Jigar.

The horror comedy with a tagline, "Mard Ko Dard Hoga" is based on a village where people are scared of a mysterious woman, who calls men by their name, abducts them and leaves their clothes behind. The film features Rajkummar Rao as a Tailor and Shraddha Kapoor as the mysterious woman.

Here's the 'Nazar Na Lag Jaaye' video:

The film is based on the Indian urban fable, Nale Ba, that tells the story of a witch who knocks people's doors at night and haunts them thereafter. The Amar Kaushik's directorial stars Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. Under the banner of Maddock Films, the film will be produced by Raj Nidimoru, Krishna DK, and Dinesh Vijan with a budget of Rs 25 crores. ‘Stree’ released its trailer on July 26 and the film is all set to hit the theaters on August 31, 2018.

On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor is also working on Shree Narayan Singh's comedy-drama 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' opposite Shahid Kapoor. The film jointly produced by T-Series Films and Krti Pictures also stars Divyendu Sharma, Sibananda Nayak, Ram Charan and Yami Gautam in the pivotal roles. The film was originally slated to release on August 31, but its release date has been postponed to avoid the clash with Shraddha's another venture 'Stree'. 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' is now scheduled to release on September 14, 2018.
