Madame Tussauds Has A Special Message For Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone Post Their Wedding

Wedding bells have rung for Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone as the duo tied the knot in the much-awaited Lake Como ceremony. The two-day wedding did not leave any stone unturned to hype up the excitement of the celebrities and fans alike so much so that the Information and Broadcast Minister Smriti Irani was seen posting a meme awaiting the pictures of the duo.

While the couple is all set to return home, world-renowned wax museum Madame Tussauds' has a special message for the newly-married celebs. Taking to their Twitter handle, they shared a news raising the anticipation of fans worldwide. What is it you may ask? Read the post below to find out: 


Without delving into much details, Madame Tussauds announced that soon there will be a wax figure of the duo in one of their outlets. Previously, Bollywood's big-wigs like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif have been amongst the others whose wax figures were unveiled with much aplomb. With Ranveer and Deepika joining their brigade, it is interesting to anticipate how their figurines will look like.

On a similar note, pictures from their wedding ceremony have slowly started surfacing on the internet. From their core-team to designers, DeepVeer made sure to have their near and dear ones in attendance for their big day. The couple, who reportedly spent around Rs. 2 crore for their wedding, set up a makeshift Gurdwara within the Villa for the Anand Karaj. Media reports further suggest that a priest was flown all the way from Amritsar to execute the Sindhi wedding ceremony. Following the Konkani wedding which took place on November 14, the couple got hitched in Sindhi style on November 15. As per media reports, the Anand Karaj started off in the morning and went on till the afternoon.
