'Magic': Ayan Mukerji shares a still of Ranbir Kapoor from 'Brahmastra', netizens are curious

From a grand launch in Kumbh Mela 2019 to the final logo launch in social media, the much-anticipated Bollywood venture 'Brahmastra' is making it up to the news daily. Recently, director Ayan Mukerji shared a glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor from the making of the upcoming sci-fi drama, where he can be seen looking at a glowing ball. He also shared a sketch of his on-screen character Shiva with the glowing ball explaining how he has framed the scene. In the BTS picture, Ranbir can be seen donning a neon tee as she poses for the frame.

Ayan captioned the picture saying, 'Magic'.

'Brahmastra' is known to be a romantic-fairytale in a supernatural format. Ayan who has debuted in Instagram recently keeps fans updated about the developments of the much-anticipated venture. Previously, he had revealed Ranbir Kapoor's 'early look test' picture from the developing project. Ayan called Ranbir 'Rumy' who later became 'Shiva' as the film changed from 'Dragon' to 'Bhahmastra'. As per media reports, Initially, the film was titled 'Dragon', however, was later it was changed to 'Brahmastra' resonating with the ancient Indian beliefs.

In a long post, Ayan wrote, "Rumi. First, he was Rumi. Rumi with long hair. This image is from an early look test for the movie. Rumi said, ‘Love is the bridge between you and everything...’, and that feeling is the foundation we started building the protagonist of this movie on... But then, there was a new inspiration, newer thoughts... Dragon became Brahmāstra, we gave Ranbir a haircut, and Rumi became... Shiva. #brahmastra #shivadiaries #memories#creativeprocess #evolving"
