Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot in a traditional Konkani ceremony on November 14, 2018, and have kept the entire nation waiting for their wedding pictures. While information from the wedding venue is hard to come by, one comes across it through some family and friend's social media that gives us a sneak peek into the developments. 

Recently, Deepika Padukone's cousin Amit took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulate the newlyweds and welcomed Ranveer Singh into the family. Although he did not share any pictures from the location, he did make a GIF from the duo's first film 'Ramleela' and tweeted “Magical week, steeped purely in love. Fairy-tale union of the two most kind, beautiful souls. @RanveerOfficial Welcome to the fam! you’ve dethroned me as filmiest, but I’ll cope @deepikapadukone Never seen you happier; you deserve no less! #ladkiwale #DeepVeerKiShaadi.”

Meanwhile, the duo wrapped up the first day of rituals and is gearing up for the traditional Sindhi ceremony.  So, far pictures of guests and some close family members of the couple have surfaced. However, the good news is that they may not have to wait for too long, for there are reports doing the rounds that the official pictures are expected to come out later this evening. After the Konkani rituals got completed in the afternoon, the organizers put up a grand show for the couple and the guests to celebrate the occasion. As the sun set and it got dark, fireworks were set off in the sky amid massive cheers from those present. The dark skies looked beautiful in colours of gold, pink, green and blue and its reflection in the lake filled with boats only added to the grandeur.
