'Mamas And Their Babies': Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor And Family Light Up Diwali In Style

You want to see your favourite Bollywood stars in their best ethnic avatars? Thank Diwali for that. The 'Festival of Lights' gives fans the opportunity to see them in their traditional styles, which is slightly rare for most of the celebrities nowadays. That's probably why the Pataudi family, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Taimur’s pictures on Laxmi Puja, had gone viral instantly. While Saif-Taimur twinned in matching kurta-pyjamas and aced it with aplomb, Kareena looked super stylish in a salwar kameez. The trio had visited Karisma Kapoor at her office for the gathering and Kareena also posed with her and daughter Samiera.

And as multiple gatherings are a common occurrence during festivals, the family got together again later in the day. Kareena looked Indian to the core, donning a saree and with ‘bindi’, gold necklace and ‘sindhoor’ to go with it. Taimur in black kurta-pyjama looked as adorable as he did earlier in the day in white, in his aunt’s arms. Karisma also looked alluring in a salwar kameez, bindi and jhumkas. Her kids Samiera and Kiaan were also well-dressed in Indian wear for the occasion. Karisma had an interesting caption for the pictures calling it ‘mamas and their babies’ and giving photo credit to Kunal Kemmu. The picture would’ve been a complete 'family picture' had Saif Ali Khan been a part of it too, but nonetheless, pictures of the Kapoor's family's Diwali were bright and colourful like the festival of lights.
