After much speculation, Karan Johar has finally revealed the leading ladies for the Tiger Shroff starrer 'Student Of The Year 2'. Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria have been roped in to play the lead roles.

1. Tara Sutaria was born in Mumbai on November 19, 1995.

2. She is trained in classical ballet, modern dance, and Latin American dances from the School of Classical Ballet and Western Dance, Royal Academy of Dance, U.K and the Imperial Society for Teachers of Dancing, U.K.

3. Tara began her career as a professional singer at the age of seven and has sung in operas and various competitions since then.

4. Tara has sung in many operas in Mumbai as well and has lent her voice to films like Hrithik Roshan’s 'Guzaarish' and Aamir Khan’s 'Taare Zameen Par'.

5. Tara Sutaria, who started her association with Disney as a VJ, continued to be associated with them and has delivered two hit sitcoms.

6. She is rumoured to be in a relationship with late Bollywood actor Vinod Mehra’s son Rohan Mehra who will soon make his Bollywood debut with Saif Ali Khan’s 'Bazaar'.

7. Tara is a fitness freak and swears by pilates. She trains under Namrata Purohit. 

8. Tara is also good friends with singer and composer Armaan and Amaal Malik. 

9. Tara is said to have the same pilates instructor as Kareena Kapoor Khan. 

10. As per reports, after rejecting around 600 girls, Karan Johar finalized on Tara Sutaria and decided to give her a role.
