'Motichoor Chaknachoor' first song 'Crazy Lagdi' leaves fans in splits

The first song of the Nawazuddin Siddiqui & Athiya Shetty's Motichoor Chaknachoor titled Crazy Lagdi is out and it shows fun-filled chemistry to the lead pair.

The first song of the Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Athiya Shetty's Motichoor Chaknachoor has finally surfaced on the internet. The song titled Crazy Lagdi showcases fun-loaded chemistry between the lead pair. It chronicles the budding love story of Pushpinder Tyagi played by Nawazuddin and Annie portrayed by Athiya Shetty. In the music video, Nawazuddin Siddiqui can be seen trying hard to woo Athiya and their hilarious interactions have left viewers in splits.

Annie, who eventually agrees to marry Pushpinder with the hope of settling in Dubai, is seen showing her real crazy side just as the track's title suggests. It also gives a glimpse of some scenes from the film including the one where Pushpinder is seen following the leading lady while she is jogging, exercising, going by a rickshaw or at any possible place he could. The actor tries to woo Annie who repeatedly rejects all of Pushpinder's ways and tactics until the two are seen wearing garlands at the end.

Sharing the song on Twitter, Nawazuddin Siddiqui hilariously captioned it saying, "It seems that you have to climb the ladder and speak in your ears…"

As per media reports, the lyrics of the song are penned by Kumaar are sung by Swaroop Khan and the music is by Amjad Nadeem Aamir.

After debuting in Bollywood with the 2015 film Hero, actor Sunil Shetty's daughter is all return to the silver screen with the upcoming film Motichoor Chaknachoor, the romantic-comedy which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Other than Athiya and the 'Sacred Games' star, the upcoming feature also stars Vibha Chibber, Navni Parihar, Vivek Mishra, Karuna Pandey, Sanjeev Vats, Abhishek Rawat, Sapna Sand and Usha Nagar in pivotal roles.

The film marks the directorial debut of the popular television director Debamitra Biswal on the big screen. lt is produced by Rajesh Bhatia and Kiran Bhatia and will hit the theatres on November 15, this year.
