Tanushree Dutta left the Nation in a state of aghast when she revealed about a traumatic incident from her past. The 34-year-old accused veteran actor Nana Patekar of alleged misconduct on the sets of the 2008 film 'Horn OK Pleassss' during a song sequence. She accused him of intentionally trying to do intimate steps with her in the song when originally it was Tanushree's solo number. Post her shocking revelation, Bollywood celebrities like Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, and Parineeti Chopra to name a few poured their support to Tanushree, they took to their social media handles to raise their voice for the 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne' actress.
This has become a burning topic of discussion and while Tanushree has spoken about the incident on several platforms, Nana Patekar has not come out and addressed the issue in the media yet. He had scheduled a press conference on October 8 to address the allegations made by Tanushree against him, but then he cancelled it and the rescheduled dates are yet to be announced. People are eager to hear Nana's answers to the actress' allegations and to hear his side of the story.

She had accused Vivek Agnihotri of asking her to allegedly strip and dance on the sets of the film 'Chocolate' in 2005. Dutta has been receiving multiple threats from the political party MNS and Nana Patekar, and is currently under police protection. The actress recently registered a complaint under section 354, 354(A), section 34 and section 509 of IPC (Indian Penal Code) against Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Samee Siddiqui, Rakesh Sarang and MNS party workers.
