Bigg Boss 2 Telugu is one of the most controversial reality shows with entertaining contestants like singer Geetha Madhuri and Kaushal Manda. During a recent episode of the show, the housemates were each given a song to perform. Singer Geetha Madhuri was assigned the song titled 'Jigel Rani' while Shyamala had to perform on 'Junction Lo' song, Kaushal Manda on 'Tauba Tauba', Deepthi was given the song titled 'An ante Amalapuram', Tanish was given 'Sarrainodu', Samrat had to perform on 'DJ' and Amit on 'Tring Tring' song whereas Roll Rida got the song called 'Naire Baba'. Geetha's dance performance didn't go well with Kaushal's fans who trolled Geetha Madhuri for her dance performance. For the uninitiated, Madhuri is an established singer and a dubbing artist.

The second season is hosted by Telugu Actor Nani, who recently faced backlash for favouring some contestants in the 'Bigg Boss' house. This happened when Nutan Naidu and Ganesh were eliminated in the weekend episode leaving Amit, Samrat, Tanish, Shyamala, Geetha, Deepthi and Kaushal in the house. The host was accused of being partial and has been on the receiving end of online trolls.

Nani, on Tuesday, September 4, took to Twitter to clarify his stance and wrote, “Logged in to share something nice with all of you and I saw few of ur replies regarding BB .. the team believes that I need not reply but how can I not :) So here’s my last and only reply regarding the show.” In an open letter, he said,

“I am sorry guys if some of you here feel so. but you need to know that you all watch from your point of view and want your favourite housemate to be treated very especially every single time and I shouldn’t be doing that as a host and give everyone an equal chance from my side. Because you like someone, you might not like it when I am neutral to everyone because you already have your favourite and connect with him or her so you might feel that others getting an equal chance is me being biased."

With just 15 days left for the season to come to an end, the fans and contestants of the house are waiting with bated breath for the grand finale.
