Salman Khan's heartwarming post wishing all the ladies a Happy International Women's Day has received over 2.6K retweets on Twitter and over 6 lakh likes on Instagram.

Salman is seen posing with his two special ladies — his mothers — Salma Khan and Helen. The post has also been liked by Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Sonakshi Sinha, Anil Kapoor among others.

For those unaware, Salman Khan's father Salim Khan's first wife is Salma Khan. They got married in 1964. Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail and Alvira Agnihotri are Salim's kids from his first marriage. In 1981, Salim Khan married again, with actress Helen and later adopted Arpita.

On the work front, Salman Khan recently wrapped his shoot of 'Bharat', also starring Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover and Nora Fatehi. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat will release this Eid.

Also, according to the reports, Salman will also start shooting for Dabangg 3 with Sonakshi Sinha. It will be the third film in the Dabangg franchise and will be produced by Arbaaz Khan.

Talking about Salman Khan's 'Bharat' co-star Katrina Kaif, she too posted a beautiful video of her mother wishing Women's Day. She wrote: "The best woman I know ... really #happywomensday #mountainviewschool"

Apart from Salman Khan, 'Stree' actor Rajkummar Rao also took to his Twitter handle to wish everyone Women's Day. He wrote: "More #HappyWomensDay to all the lovely Strees out there. Thank you for making this world a better place."

Sidharth Malhotra too wished on this special day and wrote: "Women have always been the backbone of our society! It's not about which sex is superior. It's about equality and striking a #BalanceForBetter. ♀♂ Wishing all the ladies out there a very #HappyWomensDay #InternationalWomensDay"
