Parineeti Chopra Celebrates 'Kesari' Success In A 'unique Way', Here's What She Is Doing

After mesmerising the audience with her soulful performance with 'Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi' song from her film 'Meri Pyaari Bindu' last year, actress Parineeti Chopra has turned singer yet again for her film 'Kesari'.

After mesmerising the audience with her soulful performance with 'Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi' song from her film 'Meri Pyaari Bindu' last year, actress Parineeti Chopra has turned singer yet again for her film 'Kesari'. The actress recently lent her voice to the film's hit number as it banked over Rs.150 crores at the box office.

Unveiling the unique way she came up with to celebrate the film's success, the actress took to Instagram and confirmed the news. In a series of Instagram stories, she revealed that she recently recorded the female version of the song 'Teri Mitti' from the film and said that it will be released soon. She shared a number of BTS pictures wherein she can be seen voicing the song.

'Kesari' starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra in the lead became the top grosser of the year owing to its opening day collections and has crossed another benchmark as it has now minted over Rs. 150 crores at the box office. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter on Monday, April 15, and announced that the film has grossed Rs. 150.91 crores.

'Kesari' is based on the Battle of Saragarhi that was fought between 21 soldiers of the Sikh Regiment of British Indian Army against 10,000 Afghans in 1897. The movie directed by Anurag Singh is jointly produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, Zee Studios, Cape of Good Films and Azure Entertainment. It has hit the theatres on March 21, 2019.
