Buckle up for a thrilling ride as the much-anticipated trailer of Taapsee Pannu's 'Game Over' surfaced on Thursday, May 30. The film which is a Hindi remake of Taapsee's Tamil-Telugu bilingual film of the same name narrates a gripping tale of a game designer Swapna, who is on a turbulent road to recovery from an incident that scarred her deeply.

The trailer starts with Taapsee aka Swapna playing videogames while a poster in her room reads: 'What if life is a video game and Deja Vu's are just checkpoints'. The character seems to be very scared of darkness as she happens to have a relapse of incidents that affected her very deeply. However, her imaginations soon seem to be taking the form of reality as she happens to be attacked by an unseen force.

Giving out details about the plot of the film, makers revealed that 'Swapna finds herself in the hands of an evil force that has been committing crimes of unspeakable evil in the city. On a fateful night, Swapna has to contend with the dark forces outside and within. Game Over is a saga of grit, passion, and courage that illustrates a thrilling, dark and surreal journey of a girl who has lost everything but hope.'

Taapsee who collaborated with her 'Manmarziyaan' director Anurag Kashyap for the Hindi remake of the film unveiled the trailer on Twitter.
