Here's what Priyanka Chopra did with the gift she got from a fan

Priyanka Chopra has become an international star now. In between her work and travelling from one part of the world to the other, she spends time with her husband Nick Jonas. Currently, Priyanka is in India to promote her upcoming movie The Sky Is Pink. During the promotions of the film, the star received a gift from a fan in Delhi. Here's why the gift was so special.

Priyanka's love for the gift

While at a meet and greet in Delhi, PC was given a gift from a fan. The fan gifted Priyanka a jar of homemade pickle, which the fan’s mother had made. To share this incident, Piggy Chops took to Instagram to share her enthusiasm for the gift. She was seen very happy in the video and thanked the fan for such a gift. She added that she had the pickle for lunch.

The Sky is Pink is a story based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary. She was the second daughter of Niren Chaudhary and Aditi Chaudhary, born in the city of Gurugram. When she was six months old, she had to go through a bone marrow transplant. After the transplant, she suffered a side effect of the transplant and was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. She fought the disease and, at the age of 13, she become a motivational speaker. She also published a book titled ‘My Little Epiphanies’ at the age of 15.

The Sky is Pink is a movie directed by Shonali Bose. The lead cast of the movie includes Priyanka Chopra, Farahan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim, and Rohit Saraf. The movie shows the love story and the struggle of Aisha Chaudhary’s parents. The story will be from Aisha’s point of view. The movie’s premiere was at Toronto Film Festival on September 13, 2019. It will hit theatres on October 11, 2019. The movie is jointly produced by Purple Pebble Pictures, Siddharth Roy Kapur, and Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Films.
