'Kabir Singh' starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles is one of the most anticipated films of the year, and as we all know it is the official remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Arjun Reddy'. The film revolves around an ill-tempered man (Shahid Kapoor) whose an obsession for the love of his life, his girlfriend (Kiara Advani) leads him to self-destruction. And while reviews of the film have started pouring in, there is one such that just can't be missed and it is of none other than Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor.

Rajput who was quite ecstatic once the trailer was released, is blown away by the film now. After catching the film's special screening, she took to Instagram to share what she thought of the film. Highly impressed with Shahid's performance, Mira wrote that she is 'proud' of her 'baby'.

The film which is a Hindi remake of Tamil film 'Arjun Reddy' is helmed by the same director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. It narrates the story of an alcoholic surgeon named Kabir Singh, who has anger management issues. He goes on a self-destructive path after his ex-lover gets married to someone else. The film is written and directed by Sandeep Vanga and is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Krishan Kumar and Ashwin Varde.
