Actor Ranbir Kapoor's mother Bollywood veteran actress Neetu Singh seems to be all set to welcome his rumoured girlfriend Alia Bhatt in the family. As the 'Rockstar' actor turned 36 on Friday, September 28, his family hosted a birthday bash on Thursday evening. The event seemed to be a double birthday bash as Ranbir and his aunt, Raj Kapoor’s daughter Rima Jain share the same birthday. Ranbir's rumoured girlfriend Alia Bhatt was also spotted at the bash along with her mother Soni Razdan.

Neetu Kapoor shared inside pictures of the bash and wished son Ranbir and sister-in-law Rima in a heartfelt post on Instagram. In the first picture shared by the veteran star, the mother-son duo can be seen having a gala time with Alia Bhatt and her mother.  She captioned the post saying, "Happy 🎂 to my Friend Philosopher an Guide ❤️ loads of love and duas ❤️ #lovehim #bestintheworld #wisehappy birthday @rimosky ❤️😘"

The increasing family involvement of Ranbir and Alia has fired many speculations as the fans are expecting the 'Bramhastra' co-stars to tie the knot soon. Meanwhile, 'Raazi' actress Alia Bhatt has also wished beau Ranbir on his birthday with a heartwarming post on Instagram.  The actress on Friday posted a picture of Ranbir and called 'Sunshine'.

The couple will next be seen together in the much-awaited Ayan Mukherji directorial titled, 'Breamhastra' which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead. Produced by Karan Johar under the banner of 'Dharma Productions' the film is all set to hit the theaters on August 15, 2019.
