Buzz is that the B-town's favorite couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have chosen the date and finalized the location of their wedding. After Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's wedding took us by surprise, and Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas recently announcing their engagement, it is now the turn of our 'Bajirao Mastani' to tie the knot.
As per reports, the two are all set to tie the knot on November 10, 2018, at Lake Como. The place is set right at the foot of the Alps, and the scenery and the view is said to be breathtaking. After a lot of speculation and rummaging through various options, the two have set their mind on a destination wedding in Italy. Earlier, the duo's parents were toying with the idea of having a destination wedding in Udaipur, however, the idea did not work out. A recent interview states that it will be a private affair and will allow only 30 guests. Also, the guests invited for the wedding will not be allowed to bring in their cell phones as they want it to be an extremely private affair. Although, after the event, the news will be broken by the duo, for now, they want it all to be hush-hush. There were also reports that the two were to tie the knot on November 10, but after which it was reported that they will get married on November 20.
Rumour has it, that the two are planning an exact two ceremony wedding similar to Indian skipper Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma's wedding. However, the couple has never admitted their relationship in public, the two are rumored to be dating since 2013, after sharing screen space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's movie 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela'. Recently, in an interview, Ranveer Singh claimed that he has not thought much about the idea, but marriage might be on the cards for him. On the work front, Ranveer Singh is shooting with Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara Ali Khan, while actress Deepika is yet to sign another film and is said to be taking some much deserved time off work.
Deepika and Ranveer shared screen space for the first time in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela' in 2013. Following which, they went on to give blockbuster hits like 'Bajirao Mastani' (2015), their latest release being 'Padmaavat'(2017). Ranveer Singh is currently busy with Rohit Shetty’s 'Simmba' opposite Sara Ali Khan and will be seen next in Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boy' opposite Alia Bhatt. While Deepika has been away from films for quite some time she is always making headlines as she became the cover girl of two top international magazines based in London and Canada. Deepika recently revealed that she would join the bandwagon of Bollywood celebrities that have their wax statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds.
