Ranveer Singh gushes over Deepika Padukone's 'rare compliment', watch

Till Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had confirmed their relationship and wedding with their marriage invite, ‘DeepVeer’ fans, waiting for a confirmation till then, used to be content with their social media PDA. However, even after the marriage and ahead of their first wedding anniversary, this social media love is going strong. The duo is known to drop quirky and adorable comments on each other’s posts, sending their fans into a frenzy every single time. And it’s not just the pictures and videos on Instagram, Deepika has also started surprising her husband on his Instagram live videos.  It was only some days ago that her ‘Hi Daddie’ comment on one session had sparked her pregnancy rumours. The Cocktail star once again joined the fan base to drop in a comment during his Instagram live session. She called her co-star of many films, ‘cute and hot’, leaving him all excited about the ‘rare compliment.’

Ranveer Singh loves to come live on Instagram occasionally, where he interacts with fans from his car, dressed in his trademark colourful style, and listening to some energetic music in the background. In the latest one, he has worn a hat, sunglasses and a printed black T-shirt, as he grooved in the car. As almost 23.4 K followers joined him, shared their love and posted emojis, Deepika Padukone too become one of them, commenting, ““Looking cute AND hot!” Ranveer might have gone through all the comments that the fans had posted, but even amid the regular flow of messages, he spotted his ladylove’s name and comment. He was impressed and gushed, “Thanks baby, wow, a rare compliment from my wife, I must really be looking good today.”

Later, Deepika wrote, ‘OK Bye’. Ranveer had a quirky take on that too, replying, “Ok bye baby, wow baby’s taken time out of her busy schedule to tune into my live. I’m honoured baby.”   

That was not all, it was only a few days ago, on a similar Instagram session that he had quipped that he started his day by getting beaten hollow by Deepika in badminton. It seems he is improving because he said this time, “I'm happy to report to you that my badminton game is getting a lot better and very soon I feel like I'll have the ability to beat Deepika. Its difficult because she has a range of shots, her skills are really good, But I’m moving on the court well and I can hit some cool baseline shots.  I'm working on my game. Deepu, I challenge you to a match.”

Meanwhile, Ranveer-Deepika are all set to be seen on the big screen soon. They will play husband-wife in ‘83. Ranveer plays the role of 1983-World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev and she is playing the role of his wife, Romi Dev.
