The much-anticipated trailer of Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boy' released on Wednesday, January 9, and ahead of the same, lead actors Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt addressed a trailer launch in Mumbai along with director Zoya Akhtar and producer Farhan Akhtar.
At the trailer launch of 'Gully Boy', Ranveer Singh was asked by media personnel that after the success of 'Padmaavat' and 'Simmba' over 'Zero', and 'Thugs of Hindostan' can one say that his time has finally arrived?
To which Ranveer Singh in his own style said 'If you are saying it, I'll believe it (that my time has arrived). I want to believe it. I can only say that I am happy because I worked really hard on the two films and they worked well at the box office. It was a good year for me. But, I don't like it when others' movies don't work at the box office, as I am also a part of the film industry and I know everybody works really hard in their films. So, I feel bad anyone faces failure. And if the movies work especially mine I feel good. ''
'Gully Boy' is a highly anticipated film and the intense trailer of the same has raised the expectations of the audience. It will release on February 14, 2019. Not only that, but the film has already been selected for an international film festival, which already speaks volumes about what to expect. It will be co-produced by Zoya Akhtar's Tiger Baby and Excel Entertainment productions.
Meanwhile, Ranveer shared the film's trailer on Twitter with the inspiring caption, "His words will set him free. #GullyBoyTrailer out now."
