Taimur Ali Khan is yet to turn two years old, but he is already a star. From each of his picture going viral on social media to the paparazzi following him blatantly to snap him, the little one is a sensation undoubtedly. And now his father Saif Ali Khan has joked that with the kid’s popularity, it won’t be a wrong idea to ‘sell him’, in the context of using him for advertisements or for promotions for his movies.

The actor, along with the other members of the cast of ‘Baazaar’, Chitrangda Singh and Rohan Mehra, were in a conversation with TV anchor Siddharth Kannan. The ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ star said that every producer he works with nowadays ‘half-jokingly’ proposes the idea of featuring Taimur during promotions, with hair made up like his dad's, ‘grey’ in ‘Baazaar’, with a rubber band in ‘Kaalakaandi’ and a long wig in upcoming film ‘Hunter.’

The ‘Omkara’ star revealed that he has even shared the idea with actor-wife Kareena Kapoor Khan. And the latter thought he was being ‘cheap’ and asked him how could he even think of ‘selling’ his son. Saif, however, wondered, ‘why not?’ and felt that they should indeed 'sell their son'. The actor continues that since the one-year-old is already huge on the Internet, anybody with offers to star him in an advertisement for nappies or even otherwise, could approach him, but it would be ‘expensive.’

He also said he won’t be giving that money to Taimur either, as he’s already spending on his education, and that he’d like to spend it himself. When Chitrangda was keen to know where he’d spend the money, he replied he'd go for holidays to Switzerland.
