Saif Ali Khan who was last seen in 'Kaalakaandi' will next be seen in ‘Baazaar’. The makers of the film have now revealed the release date of the film.  Nikkhil Advani from Emmay Entertainment took to Twitter to announce the release of the film. He wrote,““Baazaar chalu che!!!” Excited to announce our next inborn, in bred and in-house chokras step into the world. @gauravvkchawla you’re up!!! @EmmayEntertain @monishaadvani @madhubhojwani @KytaProductions @Viacom18Movies @BaazaarFilm #Oct26"

The film is helmed by Gauravv K Chawla, presented by Viacom 18 Motion pictures and KYTA Productions and produced by Emmay Entertainment. Reportedly, this is the first Indian film based on the rollercoaster drama of life and stock markets.

'Baazaar' features the charismatic Saif Ali Khan, Chitrangda Singh, Radhika Apte and Rohan Mehra who will be making his Bollywood debut with the film. Saif Ali Khan plays the role of rags to riches businessman and the ruler of the share baazaar. Based on the tireless financial and business capital of the country, the film is set against the backdrop of dreams, money, power and business.

The film went on floors in May 2017 and was initially slated to release in December 2017. However, the film got delayed due to unknown reasons. 

On the other hand, Saif Ali Khan recently made his debut into the digital space with the Indian origin Netflix series 'Sacred Games'. In the series directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, Saif Ali Khan plays the role of a troubled police inspector with the Mumbai police. He sets off on the trail of a wanted criminal and discovers shocking things on the way. The season one of the series was well received by the audience. Reportedly, three more seasons are remaining to release. The series is adapted from the book by Vikram Chandra of the same title.
