Bollywood actor Salman Khan who is often regarded as a godfather of his associates proved the same yet again when he recently bore the medical expenses of his 'Dabangg' co-star, junior artist Dadhi Pandey after he suffered a heart attack two months ago.
As per media reports, Dadhi who played a police constable in the cop-drama suffered the heart attack at his house in Mumbai following which he was taken to a hospital, however, later shifted to another later, where he was kept in the ICU for a couple of days. Salman reportedly cleared all the medical bills of his second hospital.
The junior artist who is recovering now, during a recent media interaction thanked Salman widely and hailed him for all he has done for him. Calling him a great man, Dadhi reportedly said, he cannot thank Salman enough.
Meanwhile, the thrill installment of the 'Dabangg’ franchise is in making with Salman Khan reprising his role as the 'cool cop' Chulbul Pandey. The film has been making the headlines ever since it was announced. In the franchise, Salman plays the role of a brave, flamboyant policeman who initially had a troubled relationship with his father, played by Vinod Khanna and stepbrother, Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan), however, eventually in the course of time he gets along with them and the story of the film develops around the same.
After the unfortunate demise of Vinod Khanna, his brother Pramod Khanna has been roped for the role. Sonakshi Sinha and Arbaaz Khan will retain their characters of Rajjo and Makkhi in the movie.
Directed by Prabhu Deva, the film is jointly produced by Arbaaz Khan, Salman Khan, Nikhil Dwivedi.
