Like ‘Why hasn’t Salman Khan got married?’, a question his fans and journalists have been asking him for decades, there was another query that had similarly gripped the nation two years ago, ‘Why did Katappa kill Baahubali?’ The first installment of the money-spinning magnum opus 'Baahubali: The Beginning' in July 2015 had ended with Sathyaraj killing Prabhas. Since then for close to two years till the answer was revealed in ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ in April 2017, there were jokes and memes galore over ‘Why Katappa killed Baahubali?’ However, even two years after the release, Salman doesn’t seem to be too curious to know the answer as he stated that he has watched the first installment, but is yet to watch the second part.
