Bollywood actor Salman Khan and ace-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali are all set to reunite nineteen years after 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. The duo are collaborating for a possible love-story. Speculations of Khan working with Bhansali were doing rounds for a while now and confirming the report trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and wrote, 'Sanjay Leela Bhansali & Salman Khan reunite after 19 year for a love story... The film is set to go on floors soon.
Besides 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', the pair has also worked together in 'Khamoshi: The Musical', featuring Manisha Koirala and Nana Patekar. The 'Bharat' star also made a cameo appearance in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed 2007 film 'Saawariya', which marked the debut of Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan is all set to grace the silver screen with his stint in 'Bharat'. Apart from him, the film stars Disha Patani, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, and Sunil Grover. 'Bharat' revolves around the journey of Salman Khan's character and India from 1947 to the early 2000s. The makers of the film previously dropped the teaser of the film which was widely appreciated by the audience.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, on the other hand last worked on the film, 'Padmaavat' starring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone which was a massive success. Ever since the film was announced, 'Padmaavat' was the center of controversies. From sets being vandalised to riots, the film swam through troubled waters. From fringe groups threatening to vandalise theatres to cutting actress Deepika Padukone's nose, the team has walked on fire together.
However, the film was able to strike a chord with fans which led into it being a major box office success.
