Alvira and Arpita might have to wait for some time to tie their Rakhis to Salman Khan on Raksha Bandhan as he is currently in Jaipur for the shooting of ‘Dabang 3’ and couldn’t be around for the special occasion. However, the actor was in good spirits as the nation celebrated not just Raksha Bandhan, but also Independence Day. After his quirky ‘tricolour’ message also involving brothers Arbaaz and Sohail to wish for Independence Day, the ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ star also conveyed wishes for another occasion, rains, in a special video message from the Rajasthan city.
