Shah Rukh Khan Gets 'Hug From The Thug', Aamir Khan Goes Gaga Over 'Zero' Trailer

Shah Rukh Khan, known for his wit, had a clever caption, describing his moment with the ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ actor Aamir Khan, ”Hug from the Thug.”

The first official posters of ‘Zero’, featuring the leads Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma were unveiled on 1 November, and it went viral immediately. The trailer is to be unveiled November 2 on the occasion of SRK's birthday. However, there have been a lucky few who got the opportunity to experience the much-awaited visual of one of the most anticipated films of the year. Apart from a section of the media, even Aamir Khan was invited to watch the trailer.

The 'Raees' star later shared a picture of the two Khans and Shah Rukh, known for his wit, had a clever caption, describing his moment with the ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ actor, ”Hug from the Thug.” 

The latter was all praises for the trailer, calling it 'outstanding.’ He lauded SRK, saying he had 'outdone himself’ and also sent congratulations to director Aanand L Rai, praised his fellow ‘Thug’ Katrina as ‘fantastic’ and ‘PK’ co-star Anushka Sharma as 'unbelievable.’ He ended the post by expressing his excitement to watch the movie, which he said he couldn’t wait for. 

The two superstars are yet to be seen in the same full-fledged movie though they have both worked with the third Khan, Salman. Such a picture no doubt raises the excitement to see them together on the big screen. For now, we have to make do with their individual films.

Aamir is currently gearing up for ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ which hits the theatres on 8 November. From the songs to the trailer, the movie is making the right noises, and trade experts expect a bumper opening from the period drama. Apart from Katrina, the movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Fatima Sana Shaikh. While the Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial is set for release on Diwali, Shah Rukh’s ‘Zero’ will hit the theatres just before Christmas, on 21 December. SRK plays the role of a vertically challenged man, and the story traces his meeting a popular star played by Katrina Kaif.
