Over the years Bollywood has seen many young stars make their debut in the industry. However, recently all eyes are focussed on Shah Rukh Khan's eldest son Aryan Khan as speculations are rife that he will take make his entry in the film fraternity soon.
Latest reports suggest that the young star is all set to make his debut in a South film and is under consideration for a role in director Gunasekhar's 'Hiranyakashipu'. The project is said the be the big southern marvel after the 'Baahubali' franchise. Reportedly, the film also stars Prabas and Rana Daggubati who will be set against each other. The female lead roles include Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty.
However, Aryan recently did lend his voice for Simba in the Hindi version of live-action animated film 'The Lion King'. The voice-over has not only widely lauded by the viewers but has received huge appreciation from Bollywood celebrities. Several celebrities including Deepika Padukone, Anurag Kashyap, Karan Johar, Riteish Deshmukh, and others have come forward to congratulate the star-kid.
Meanwhile, ‘The Lion King’, has become the second Hollywood film after ‘Avengers: Endgame’ to earn Rs 50 crore over the weekend this year, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh. Even, overall, it is third on the list of highest opening weekends for Hollywood, behind ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and ‘Avengers: Infinity War.’
After Rs 54.75 crore weekend, even on the first working day of the week, ‘The Lion King’ remained solid, earning Rs 7.90 crore to take the collections to Rs 62.65 crore.
