In an exclusive interview with Republic TV, the actress talks about her daily routines and eating habits.
''I keep it very simple. Sometimes I have a 14 hours long day and it starts with waking up early in morning having breakfast, rushing to work. When I am not shooting I try to work out or do a yoga session," she said.
The 42 year old actress swears by Pranayam breathing, "I do a lots of breathing even if I am shooting I make sure that I concentrate on my breath."
Further talking about her daily meals, the actress said, "I have a big lunch. I am a lunch person. Whatever it is roti, sabzi, dal or protein and when I eat rice, I eat it with ghee. I also include probiotic drinks and I have my chai in the evening with two eggs and my dinner is very light. I don’t prefer eating post 7 pm to 8 pm if I am in the middle of a shoot. I make sure I eat my meal three hours before I sleep. So this my lifestyle, it is very simple. I have soup, I don’t eat salad people think I am live on soup salad but that’s not true. I eat chicken fish or a grilled vegetable or khichdi some times."
