The Rajkummar Rao starrer not only managed to win hearts in the country but has also managed to win hearts worldwide. According to Maddock Films, the production company that backed 'Stree', the film has now crossed the Rs. 150 crore mark at the global box office.

 Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Stree' has been going strong at the box office. The horror comedy had recently crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark and is the ninth film to enter the Rs. 100 crore mark in 2018. According to Maddock Films, the production company that backed 'Stree', the film has now crossed the Rs. 150 crore mark through its collections worldwide. The Rajkummar Rao starrer not only managed to win hearts in the country but has also managed to win hearts worldwide. On Tuesday, September 18, Maddock Films, the production company that backed the film took to their official Instagram handle to post the news.

What's next for Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor
Rajkummar Rao will next be seen in 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga'starring Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla. The actor also began shooting for 'Made In China' the first look of which was recently unveiled. 'Made In China' is backed by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films which also backed Rajkummar Rao's latest release 'Stree'. The film stars television actress Mouni Roy who made her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar starrer 'Gold'. The film revolves around a Gujarati couple where the husband strives hard to make it big as a successful businessman and travels to China in order to achieve his goal and succeeds in doing so.

Meanwhile, Shraddha Kapoor is gearing up for her upcoming release, 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' starring Shahid Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Divyendu Sharma in pivotal roles. The film is based on the inaccuracies in the electricity bills and the exorbitant rates as a result. 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' is all set to release on September 21.
