Shraddha Kapoor Talks About Dealing With Stardom

According to reports, recently, when Shraddha Kapoor was asked if she has ever been hit by stardom, she admitted to the fact.

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor was last seen in 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' alongside Shahid Kapoor. Unfortunately, the film underperformed at the box office and failed to impress the audience and the critics. However, this year, Shraddha had a 100-crore hit Stree costarring starring Rajkummar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi, Stree was a horror comedy and one of the most enjoyed films of 2018.

The 'ABCD 2' actress is very popular and enjoys a huge fan following. She is also very active on social media and keeps her fans updated with her whereabouts. According to reports, recently, when the versatile actress was asked if she has ever been hit by stardom, Kapoor admitted that she was hit by the stardom and it’s tough to not let it go to one's head. There are so many people, who are giving you a lot of attention that somewhere, it does affect you. She also added that she tries to stay as grounded as possible. Some days, when she does not feel grounded, her parents come in and shake her up completely. On other days, she gets a reality check with her film not doing well. It’s easy to get carried away, but what’s difficult is to keep things real and stay humble. Well, that's the right way to deal with stardom and not let it overpower the nature of a person.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shraddha Kapoor will be next seen in badminton player Saina Nehwal's biopic. The makers recently shared the first look from the film and Shraddha has made everyone excited with her look as Saina. For the film, the actress has been extensively taking training in badminton to excel in the game. The film is expected to hit the screens next years.

After the success of 'Stree', Shraddha Kapoor will be also seen in its sequel. The film will be helmed by director Amar Kaushik. The rest of the cast is not yet confirmed.
