The biggest 'mass' combination is all set to hit the theatres this December. We are talking about arguably the biggest commercial director of the country, Rohit Shetty collaborating with popular actor Ranveer Singh in 'Simmba.' The out-and-out masala entertainer is being shot right now and going by the looks of it, it seems as if it cannot ger any bigger. Till now, only the first look has been unveiled and the teaser and trailer are yet to arrive, but till then Ranveer and Rohit have shared multiple videos from the sets.

A video of the team shooting for a grand song had given us a glimpse of the grand scale that the film has been mounted on. However, Rohit Shetty is known for his fascination for action, and some behind-the-scenes visuals of the action sequences had gone viral last time. The actor-director duo have shared another video from the sets, also to raise our excitement further.

In the video, as we see Ranveer's character of police officer Sangram Bhalerao, after being choked with plastic by the baddies, led by Sonu Sood, is seen letting go of their grip and then bashing them left, right and centre. While Ranveer looks convincing displaying the anger and intensity of 'Simmba', what is, however, surprising is the energy of his director Rohit Shetty. From gesturing with energy for a particular action move on the sets to actually beating up the villains, Rohit shows all the traits required for an action hero himself. There's no doubt that when the director himself performs an action sequence in front of you, Ranveer has it easy to just follow him when the cameras rolls. And obviously, don't forget the the trademark Rohit Shetty sequence of a car arriving by smashing the windows.

'Simmba' also stars Sara Ali Khan, and it is likely to be her debut film due to uncertainty over the release date of 'Kedarnath'. 'Simmba' is produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez, Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Reliance Entertainment. The action drama, an adaptation of the Telugu hit 'Temper', is gearing up to hit the theatres on 28 December.
