B-Town families got together for Lohri as the festival was celebrated across the country and other parts of the world on Sunday. Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Pankaj Kapur, among others’ lovely moments made its way to social media.

B-Town families got together for Lohri as the festival was celebrated across the country and other parts of the world on Sunday. Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Pankaj Kapur, among others’ lovely moments made its way to social media.

Sara Ali Khan celebrated the festival, generally celebrated by Punjabis, with her mother Amrita Singh, who is a Sikh. The actor duo dressed in traditional Punjabi suits for the festival and posed near the holy bonfire. The ‘Simmba’ star also posed with Sandeep Khosla, one half of the veteran designer partnership with Abu Jani. 

Though Shahid Kapoor was busy with the shoot of ‘Kabir Singh’, the other members of his family brought in the festival. His wife Mira Rajput Kapoor shared snaps from the celebrations where we see Shahid’s father, veteran actor Pankaj Kapur, in a moment with his granddaughter Misha. Shahid’s half-sister Sanah Kapur was also present and posed for a selfie with Mira, both flashing their smiles dressed in ethnic attires.

Another Kapoor family also got together on Lohri. Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor also gathered. In a video from their celebration, we see Arjun and the other members of the family performing the custom of moving around the bonfire. It was also his cousin, actor Mohit Marwah and his wife Antara Motiwala’s first Lohri together after their marriage in February last year. Sanjay Kapoor is also seen briefly in the video.
