Sonam Kapoor looks like Deepika Padukone, say Netizens after seeing her 'flashback' picture in a vintage style swimsuit

Everyone is aware of Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor rivalry. It all started 9 nine years ago when the two leading ladies appeared on Koffee with Karan and took a dig at Ranbir Kapoor.

But the ladies let go off their differences and eventually sent love to each other on social media recently.

The two are yet again in news but this time for a different reason. Sonam Kapoor took to her social media account to share a throwback picture of herself wearing a vintage style. She captioned it as: "Flashback to this summer 🌞 I love vintage style swimsuits 💖 they really flatter my curves.. esp @normakamali"

Minutes later, Netizens started comparing her 'flashback' picture with Deepika Padukone. One user wrote: "ARE ISME MAREKO DEEPIKA NAJAR AA RHI HAI", while the other wrote: "This looks like Something between Sonam n Deepika!! Ohh Photoshop." And the other wrote: "Does she look lik deepika here.. or is it just me ??" and the other said: "In this pic u look like twin of Deepika 😜 beautiful". One fan wrote: "Firstly I thought it's @deepikapadukone 😜😜 but u r as always our style idol😘😘❤️❤️keep rocking ..😄

While a few couldn't recognise the 'Neerja actress', some of them also trolled her and called it a Photoshopped image, while the others praised her beautiful picture. One user wrote: "Who is she?? Is this really a @sonamkapoor ?" [sic]

On the work front,  Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan's much-anticipated Bollywood venture 'The Zoya Factor' is all set to hit the theaters on June 14, this year. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and made the announcement. In the post, he wrote, "Release date finalized... Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan... #TheZoyaFactor to release on 14 June 2019... Directed by Abhishek Sharma... Produced by Fox Star Studios and Adlabs Films."

The film is a light adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 novel 'The Zoya Factor' which is a romantic saga set in the backdrop of 2010 Cricket World Cup. As per media reports, in the film, Dulquer is featured as Nikhil, the Indian Cricket Team captain, and Sonam as Zoya, an advertising professional who meets and gets involved in a whirlwind romance. Unwittingly Zoya turns out to be a lucky charm in the 2010 Cricket World Cup.
