It's the death anniversary of legendary Bollywood actor Rajesh Khanna. The veteran actor who is referred to as the "first superstar" of Indian Cinema passed away 7 years ago on this day. To mark the occasion, his daughter actress turned author Twinkle Khanna penned a heartfelt note on social media remembering her father. She shared a heartwarming throwback picture with his father where a young Rajesh Khanna can be seen playing with little Twinkle and her sister Rinke Khanna.
The Bollywood diva captioned the post saying, "Still lives on-in my heart and within all the millions who made space for him in theirs.."

Rajesh Khanna who is celebrated for his remarkable performance in films like 'Anand', 'Amar Prem', 'Haathi Mere Saathi', 'Kati Patang', among others, has been posthumously awarded India's third highest civilian honor, Padma Bhushan. He was bestowed with the title First Superstar of Indian cinema at the Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Awards in 2013. The legendary star passed away on July 18, 2012, after a period of illness.
