Swara Bhasker and Payal Rohtagi engage in nasty Twitter spat over Swara's political leanings

As the election season moves forward, the blame-game is not confined only to the politicians but Bollywood actors and actresses have also chosen their sides and supported their party leaving no stone unturned. 

In the latest tweet, Bollywood actor Swara Bhaskar has made a cryptic remark on Payal Rohtagi's post slamming Bhasker on her stand on feminism. Rohtagi had on May 9 posted a video saying that ' the Congress party she supports had taken away the rights of Muslim women under Rajiv Gandhi when it reversed the Shah Bano judgement.' She also said that 'Congress party's spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi had to leave the party because it reinstated those who misbehaved with her'. 

Responding to the post, Bhaskar wrote: "Pani Pi Lo Didi" ('Drink some water didi")

Bhasker in the past had responded to veteran actor Anupam Kher's unnamed tweet.

In a tweet, the Accidental Prime Minister actor, without specifying any name said that  'I've heard a member from Tukde Tukde Gang is contesting elections from Begusarai. The one who can not be of his country, how can he be yours?'

To which, Bhasker in response pointed out that Kher has probably mistaken Begusarai for Bhopal and is, in fact, speaking of BJP's terror accused Bhopal candidate, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur. 

In her tweet, she responded saying, "Sir, I think you are talking about BJP's Bhopal candidate Pragya Thakur. Rightly said, the one who can't be for your country, who tried to break the country by conducting a terror attack, how could be for Bhopal or the Parliament. Jai Hind"
